About Chartwell

Chartwell is a 72 home (soon to be 74), wooded, residential community located in the southern part of Forsyth County, Georgia. Built beginning in 1992, Chartwell, along with Olde Atlanta Club and Aberdeen, was one of the first communities located in this area that now includes Laurel Springs and Three Chimneys.

Located just north of Johns Creek, almost any errand you need to run is within a few miles of home.We are served by Lambert High School, South Forsyth Middle School and Sharon Elementary School.
